I have a
strong background of 20 years in property management and its legislations and I
master all legal and administrative aspects for a healthy property management.
Furthermore, my experience of real estate developer (15 years) has also
given me technical skills in building / renovation, and in the matter at hand,
the technical management of your house / appartment.
Certified
IPI (Institut professionnel des agents immobiliers) real estate agent, you
have the guarantee of a professional service, working in accordance to the
deontology and the law. The law is in constant evolution and the
ongoing training (which is mandatory for every IPI agent) will assure
you that you are entrusting your building to someone who knows what he is
talking about !
Managing a
property in Brussels means renting to tenants from various origins. My language
knowledge (English, French, Dutch and a little bit of Spanish) eases things
with tenants and reduces the risk of conflicts.
